Proper Organizational Structuring

Executive Summary:

The businesses on earth are experiencing sheer competition now and then on a ceaseless

basis. Workpeople, who are seeking for their job conveniences and comfort, stay desperate

for availing opportunities from their organization while company must have definite

awareness of whether their employees are contented with what they get for the services

they consistently deliver. Corporate social responsibility is a prime organizational

imperative based on ethical viewpoints with company’s greater anticipation that employees

will work more logically as long as they are ethically fed and reciprocal liabilities are well

met. Since company cultures are the part of what leaders and employees expose throughout

their performances, CSR will necessarily prioritize appreciating them as long as those

cultures do not contradict with both organizational and social responsibilities. Zappos, as a

highly reputed company gives values to their company cultures, therefore, their social

responsibilities rooted in corporate points of view, will more or less reveal the adaptation of

those cultures. The paper will discuss how it is possible to expect Zappos’ long-term

organizational sustenance when CSR properly evaluates Zappos’ company cultures. A few

recommendations on how Zappos can safeguard their company cultures that are also the

part of societal cultures will be discussed as well, in light of various lessons and findings

from available literatures with a view of structuring their CSR.
