Hello there! We are using nopCommerce 3.50 with DefaultClean theme. Today our site was not working. It was loading too slow and long. First, I thought there were some internet-connection troubles, but all other sites were working fine. Then I have contacted tech-support of my VPS-provider, they replied that the server is working fine and available. I didn't believe... I have pinged the server. I works fine and I can access the server through Administrator (mstsc). But the site still didn't work. It is not opening..., long and slow loading... At the end it says — "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred." What does it mean? Then I went to the IIS in the server and restarted the site. Didn't work. Stopped it and started it gain. Didn't work! Eventually, I did soft restart of the server. Didn't work, too! So, my site now is not available. Server is working fine, I can access it. Domain name is valid and paid. The site was working fine. Today it is not available! I don't really know what the problem is. How to figure out what causes this? Please, help me! Thanks!
Try a simple test to see if your IIS is serving any content at all, or if it is just an application issue.

Hello, Will be helpful if you can turn off
custom errors and enable debugging using web.config file to see the internal error description and paste it here.
